Training & systems integration under go-live implementation
Embedded mid-implementation to translate a still-stabilizing build into structured training for 14 role personas. Turning planned “on-the-job” moments into feasible pre-go-live simulations and making practice-vs-setup trade-offs explicit. 14 role personas trained ahead of go-live.

Curriculum storyboarding & QA
Storyboarded and QA’d curriculum in Articulate Rise: defined content flow to learning outcomes, added instructional context and interactive components, and built knowledge checks, iterating with SMEs under fixed sprint deadlines. Shipped on a fixed sprint cadence.

Brandng and App UI design
Built the visual identity and product interface for a community advocacy organization, from the logo and brand system through the screen-by-screen UI of their app. The work shaped a mission-driven tool that supporters find intuitive and easy to act on. One identity, from logo to live app.
